Coffee

Coffee is a globally shared agricultural product, transformed through a series of interconnected stages—from cultivation and processing to roasting and brewing.Each stage influences the next, and every variation can lead to an entirely different result. This is what makes coffee so diverse, complex, and endlessly fascinating.
 

For us, the journey from roasting to brewing is a process of exploration. We seek out the details, techniques, and moments that we find interesting and meaningful, then share them with our guests through every cup.We roast with a modified Probat L5 roaster, combining the charm of its vintage form with the functionality of modern roasting technology.Its cast-iron roasting drum brings an additional dimension to our coffee, enhancing delicate caramel aromas and creating a smooth, buttery mouthfeel.
